One form books the photographer for a sale or rental property. The order is emailed to the photographer with a link to their own portal, where they confirm the appointment, mark the job done and cancel if needed. Every change comes back to the dashboard and to your inbox.

You
Property, address and asking price come from the Street instruction. Everything else on the form is yours to type: it is what the photographer works from.
Client name, phone and email are only used by the photographer to arrange access. Tick "confirm with the client" if they should call the client rather than you.
What3Words helps with rural or hard-to-find properties. Urgent is shown on the photographer's order so they can prioritise it.
Your name and email come from your login. You are copied on the order, the confirmation and any cancellation.

What you do

  • 1
Pick the property and say whether it is a sale or a rental. Type of property and garage or parking details help the photographer plan the shoot.
  • 2
Say what is required (photos, aerial or drone, video) and the urgency. Add the best time to call and the reason for moving if it helps them talk to the client.
  • 3
Give the client's contact details and tick whether the appointment needs confirming with them. Add notes for anything unusual: keys, pets, access.
  • 4
Place the order. The Next Actions dialog then offers the board, an EPC and a referral for the same property. Use what applies or close it.
  • 5
When the invoice arrives, find the row on the dashboard and click Mark invoiced.

What you'll see on the dashboard

  • Pending
Order emailed to the photographer. A note is on the Street property.
  • Confirmed
The photographer has confirmed the appointment in their portal. You and the branch inbox have the email.
  • Completed
The photographer has marked the job done. The branch inbox is told.
  • Invoiced
Someone has marked the invoice as received.
  • Cancelled
Cancelled by you or the photographer, with the reason. Both sides get an email.

Property not on the list?

It arrives from Street automatically once the instruction or valuation exists. Check Street, then reload the form.

Need to cancel?

Click Cancel on the row while the job is Pending or Confirmed and give a reason. The photographer is emailed. A Completed job cannot be cancelled.

Changed the date or the brief?

An order cannot be edited once sent. Cancel it with a reason and place a fresh one, so the photographer's portal and your dashboard agree.
