Email automationsEvery email the tools site sends, drawn by the same code that sends it, with sample details in place of a real client. Open one to see it as each office sends it, on a computer or a phone. "Share this preview" copies a link that opens exactly what you are looking at.
Turn each automation on or off for each office. Until an office is switched here, it follows the settings variable it always has (marked "variable"), so nothing changes until you flip it. A change takes effect on the next send.
Every automated email sent, and every one an automation decided not to send, with the reason. Delivered, bounced and clicked arrive from Resend within seconds of happening. Click a row for its timeline.
Addresses no automated email will go to. Hard bounces and spam complaints are added by themselves. A mortgage opt-out is not on this list - it only stops a mortgage adviser calling, not our emails.
Got an idea for an automated email? Say what should set it off and draft the wording - you see it in our branded design as you type. Nothing is ever sent from here. When a suggestion is picked up it is built properly, with its own switch, preview and sent log, and joins the Emails tab.
